No. Vrt Storage operates on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel anytime with proper notice.
We accept shipments from anywhere in the United States. Your location doesn't matter. Whether you're in California, New York, or anywhere in between, we've got you covered.
You can ship items via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The shipping address is provided upon request when you sign up or contact our team. We also offer pre-paid shipping labels. For larger shipments, contact us to arrange carrier pickup scheduling.
Yes! We can schedule a UPS, FedEx, or USPS pickup from your home or office for larger shipments. Contact us to arrange it and get a quote based on your location and the size of your shipment.
When your items arrive, our employees unpack and inspect everything, photograph each item individually, log it into your online inventory, and store it in our climate-controlled facility. You'll receive a notification when your items have been processed.
Security is our top priority. Our warehouse features 24/7 video surveillance, controlled access, climate control, and fire detection systems. All items are fully insured while in our care.
Yes. Our entire facility is climate-controlled with stable temperature and humidity levels year-round. This protects sensitive items like electronics, wood furniture, photographs, artwork, clothing, and documents from heat, cold, and moisture damage.
Yes. All items stored with Vrt Storage are covered by our insurance policy. Standard coverage is included in all plans. If you have high-value items that require additional coverage, contact us to discuss enhanced insurance options.
Every item we receive is photographed and logged into your online inventory. You can view, search, and browse your stored items anytime. When you need something back, simply select the item and request a delivery.
